For our client based in Brussels, we are currently looking for a Responsible AI Specialist (Interim) to strengthen their Responsible AI and Sustainability initiatives. Your Role As an Ethical AI Specialist, you will contribute to shaping how AI is developed and deployed responsibly, with a strong focus on environmental and social impact. Your key responsibilities: Conduct in-depth desk research on emerging best practices in Responsible AI, focusing on environmental and social dimensions (human rights impact, disinformation risks, environmental risks, etc.). Engage with external experts through interviews to gather insights and validate findings. Develop an internal best-practice framework to assess environmental and social risks and opportunities linked to AI applications. Design and develop an AI agent to evaluate companies’ maturity regarding Responsible AI. Prepare and lead targeted dialogues with companies to assess and discuss their AI-related ESG practices. Draft high-quality external publications highlighting thought leadership in Responsible AI and sustainable finance. Excellent command of English (written and spoken), with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and convincingly. Fast learner, adaptable and comfortable in evolving technological and regulatory environments. Proactive and autonomous, with a solution-oriented mindset. Strong interest in sustainability and ESG integration within business and investment strategies. Relevant experience in AI, sustainability, research, or related analytical fields. Team player with an entrepreneurial spirit, able to work independently in a dynamic investment environment. Strong communication and analytical skills, capable of translating qualitative and quantitative insights into clear messages for internal and external stakeholders. A temporary full-time contract (38h/week) from June to December 2026. An attractive salary package.
