Production worker | zele | early shifts

Job description

What will you do?
- Ensure the production line is continuously and efficiently supplied.
- Assist with trimming meat products to ensure they meet quality standards (experience using a knife is an advantage, but not essential).
- Help load and unload trucks.
- Work flexibly across different departments, including production, packaging, and dispatch, ensuring a varied and dynamic workday.

You will work from Monday to Friday. You must be flexible regarding working hours, with start times ranging between 3:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m., depending on the department you are assigned to that day or week.

What do we expect from you?
- You have experience working in a production environment.
- You are motivated to perform an active, physical job with plenty of variety.
- You have a good command of Dutch, English, French, or Romanian.
- You can work independently as well as part of a team.
- You are reliable, proactive, and pay attention to detail.
- You remain calm and efficient, even during busy periods.
- You are flexible and willing to start work between 3:30 a.m. and 6:30 a.m., working until the day's tasks are completed.
- Working in a refrigerated environment does not discourage you.
- You can travel independently to Zele, as public transportation is not an option due to the early working hours.
