Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who is customer-obsessed, data-informed, and creatively driven.You’ll play a key role in designing and executing marketing initiatives that make Immoweb top of mind for both consumers and professional partners — connecting real insights with bold creativity to build trust, growth, and engagement.You’ll work across campaigns, channels, and teams to ensure that every action starts with the customer and ends with proof of impact.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Strategic support: Together with the Category Manager you decide the marketing strategy for your category. You own the planning, budget and execution of the marketing campaigns and strategic initiatives that align with Immoweb’s growth objectives.Campaign execution: You create and implement annual brand and product marketing plans aligned with performance and ROAS targets for your category.Market & user insights: Collect, analyze, and interpret user data, market trends, and campaign metrics to support user-centric decisions for the category you are working on.Performance tracking: Contribute to marketing analytics and reporting, identifying optimization opportunities across channels.Budget management: Support efficient budget allocation through measurement of marketing ROI and cost-effectiveness.Brand consistency: Ensure coherence in brand positioning, tone of voice, and visual identity across all touchpoints.Creative collaboration: Coordinate the production of compelling, inspiring marketing materials that engage users and customers.Cross-team collaboration: Work with performance marketing, product, sales, customer care and design teamsOperational excellence: Support process improvement, ensure media transparency, and contribute to efficient marketing execution.Culture & teamwork: Be an active contributor to an agile, curious, and collaborative marketing culture focused on innovation and continuous learning.QualificationsABOUT YOU:You’re a customer-obsessed marketer who combines creative energy with analytical precision. You think in insights and take ownership from idea to impact.7+ years of marketing experience, ideally across digital, brand, or performance marketing.Excellent organizational and communication skills — structured, proactive, and able to simplify complexity.Creative and curious, with a passion for storytelling, content, and building brands people trust and love.Driven by customer insight — you listen, test, and adapt until real user value is achieved.Collaborative and confident in cross-functional environments; you thrive in fast-paced, evolving contexts.Experience in real estate, marketplaces, or tech is a strong plus.Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a big plus).Excited by innovation — you explore Gen-AI and data-driven tools Strong problem-solver and team player, balancing bold thinking with disciplined execution.You act like an owner, decide fast, and deliver hard — because for you, marketing isn’t about activity, it’s about impact.
