To strengthen a fantastic team active within publishing, our customer is looking for a Supervisor Pre Printing. T his is new created position as a result of their sustained growth.
Job description You coordinate the operations of the Print Preparation and supervise a semi-autonomous team of 15 FTE’s. You organize and optimize working methods, and are responsible for the development, guidance, and communication of the workflow. You implement automation where necessary. You are familiar with tools such as InDesign, XMPie, WordPress, Apogee, and CTP. You oversee the system management of all Print installations, in collaboration with the administrator of our ERP system. You work closely with the Team Leaders of Printing and PostPrinting. You report to the Production Manager.
Required experience You hold a degree in a the area of Graphics, Printmedia, IT, Hardware… Team coordination or Project management experience Technical and IT innovations within the area of Graphics and Printing spark your curiosity. You are methodical, structured, and customer-oriented. Team spirit is very important to you. You communicate fluently in both Dutch
and
French.
