Missing: Technical Co-Founder (Clinical & Health Data AI) — builder-first, product-minded, and reliable. You like biomarkers, messy CSVs, and clean protocols. You get your hands dirty with code, care about validation, and want to make AI actually useful in preventive care.
When found, please return as a whole to Max.

Unicorn alert: if you're an MD or Clinical Biologist and you can build/ship, DM me right away.
IMPORTANT (read before applying): If you can't commit at least ~2 full working days/week with fast responsiveness (within 24h) and a weekly delivery cadence, please don't apply. We'll move fast and we need someone who can deliver.
What we're building
* Eliksir is building an AI Lab Assistant for private clinical biology labs, designed to fit GP workflow (labs → doctors, B2B→D).
* Near-term: practical, auditable outputs that help clinicians interpret labs better and surface follow-up actions.
* Mid-term: clinical-grade validation and a defensible, data-driven engine.
* You'll work closely with Max (pharmacist, longevity nerd, real connector and crazy idea generator).
How we'll start (to test collaboration)
We'll do a 2-week trial sprint together: ship a small, concrete proof-of-concept that's already aligned with a partner lab. If the collaboration works, we continue; if not, we stop cleanly.
Must-haves (non-negotiable)
* Founder fit: direct communicator, proactive, ownership-driven, and comfortable with equity-only early stage reality.
* Hands-on builder: you personally ship production-ish code (not only PowerPoints / managing others).
* Health-data comfort: you've worked with clinical/health data before or you have a clearly demonstrated, serious commitment to the space (healthtech / longevity / biohacking).
* Pragmatic AI mindset: can combine rules + LLM/RAG with guardrails; prefers traceable logic over "AI wrapper vibes."
* Deployment-ready: can ship a simple service (API + Docker + cloud). Stack is flexible; reliability matters more than framework religion.
!! Strong bonus points
* Real-world exposure to EHR / LIMS / lab data flows (even if indirect via hospital/lab vendors).
* Interoperability familiarity: FHIR / HL7 (and how integration projects fail in practice).
* Experience in regulated/clinical environments (GCP, clinical studies, SaMD/MDR awareness).
* Built anything that proves you can go 0 → MVP with messy constraints.
* You're personally into health optimization / preventive medicine / longevity (big plus).
Practicalities
* EU-based (or EU-friendly time zones).
* Equity co-founder, starting part-time.
* Unpaid until MVP/funding; post-raise: full-time with a balanced founder package.
How to apply: Firts, apply; Then: DM me with (1) who you are, (2) proof you can ship, (3) how many hours/week you can commit as of tomorrow, and (4) why this space.
