Your RoleAs a Senior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in expanding Cebir's customer base while also contributing to the growth of existing accounts.This is a hybrid role combining:New business development (hunting)Strategic account conversationsUpselling and value expansionYou will operate at a strategic level with clients, positioning Cebir as a trusted partner in their HR and talent decisions.
Key ResponsibilitiesProactively identify, target, and convert new business opportunities across key segments (HR, recruitment, public sector, etc.)Build and manage your own pipeline through creative and entrepreneurial prospecting approachesEngage with senior stakeholders (HR Directors, Talent Leads, Procurement, etc.) and lead high-level commercial discussionsTranslate client needs into tailored solutions using Cebir's assessment offeringDrive upsell opportunities within existing clients by identifying growth potential and new use casesContribute to expansion into new markets, segments, and use casesCollaborate closely with Customer Success, Research, and Marketing to ensure a seamless client experienceMaintain strong discipline in CRM usage, pipeline management, and forecasting
Your ProfileProven track record in B2B sales, ideally within SaaS, HR tech, or recruitment solutionsStrong hunter mentality, with the ability to open new doors and build business from scratchAbility to operate at a strategic level with senior stakeholdersEntrepreneurial mindset: proactive, creative, and ownership-drivenStrong commercial acumen combined with a consultative sales approachComfortable navigating both new business and account development
Language SkillsFluent in Dutch, French, and English (spoken and written)Ability to operate professionally in all three languages is essential
Nice to HaveExisting network within the HR, recruitment, or SaaS ecosystemExperience selling assessment tools, HR solutions, or similar productsExperience with longer and more complex sales cycles
