Within our department IT Front & Packages with the mission of developing and maintaining our web applications and all our third-party applications, we are seeking a Data Analyst-Developer. The person will play a central role in developing IT Data & BI solutions to reach business objectives. She/He will ensure the availability, performance, and evolution of key business applications that support operational and strategic needs. She/He will strive to maximize the use of the company’s data assets.

Your responsibilities
As an Analyst-Developer, your key responsibilities will include:
1. Collaborating with stakeholders to understand data needs and translate them into technical specifications.
2. Designing, developing, and implementing data warehousing and BI solutions to meet business requirements.
3. Performing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using tools such as SQL, Python, and ETL frameworks.
4. Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools like Power BI.
5. Ensuring data integrity, quality, and security across all data platforms.
6. Conducting data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
7. Supporting the business in understanding and using the available data to facilitate creation of their own reports and dashboards Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in data analytics, BI & AI.
8. Participating in data & BI documentation (implement and manage tools supporting the documentation and contribute to the content along with other team members).
9. Implementing and managing tools that will improve data security and governance.
Your profile
10. You hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
11. You have proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role.
12. You have proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database management.
13. You have experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
14. You are familiar with programming languages such as Python.
15. You are fluent in English and French or Dutch, with a good command of the other national language.
16. You can learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
17. You have an analytical mindset and are solution-oriented.
18. You are proactive and can communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
19. You value teamwork and can work both on-site and remotely, including with offshore developers.
