IAB Europe is seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Manager to support our Policy and Legal teams.
This role is central to ensuring the effective coordination, delivery, and communication of key policy initiatives, regulatory responses, and legal frameworks impacting the digital advertising ecosystem across Europe, including the Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF).
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment and has a strong interest in public policy, digital technology, and industry self‑regulation.
Key Responsibilities
Policy & TCF Coordination
* Support the business cadence of the Policy and TCF instances
* Organise meetings of Policy and TCF instances (Policy Committee & working groups, TCF working groups, Steering Group, Governance Board), including preparing agendas, slide decks, and minutes
* Manage Committee and Working Group distribution lists and respond to member inquiries on project status and meetings
* Coordinate regular internal meetings across all project workstreams
* Schedule and track external stakeholder meetings (e.g. with EU institutions)
* Act as a central point of contact between Policy & Legal teams and other IAB Europe teams (e.g. Communications & Marketing)
* Support the administration and maintenance of the Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF), when required
Project Coordination & Delivery
* Support the delivery of policy and legal projects, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
* Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives involving internal teams, member companies, and external stakeholders
* Track progress and ensure alignment with strategic priorities
* Ensure timely and clear communication of project status to senior leadership and stakeholders
* Develop and maintain project documentation, trackers, and reporting dashboards
* Identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs across projects
* Improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and collaboration
Qualifications & Experience
* 2–3 years of experience in project management, preferably within a policy, legal, or regulatory environment
* Familiarity with EU policy‑making processes and digital regulation (e.g. GDPR, Digital Services Act) is a strong asset
* Experience working with industry associations, public affairs teams, or legal departments is preferred
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional European languages are a plus)
* Knowledge of project management methodologies
* Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
* Problem‑solving mindset with a proactive approach
* High level of professionalism
