What exactly does this job entail?
* Reviewing work instructions together with the Project Manager
* Site visit and evaluation of the assembly work
* Searching for solutions to technical problems taking into account the predetermined budget
* Determining resources: required materials, tools, personnel, etc.
* Briefing the work schedule with the teams
* Checking the order, cleanliness and safety of the site and preparing the requested reports
* Leading, organising and coordinating the various teams (5 to 20 employees) and site activities.
* Verifying that the execution of the project corresponds to the customer's request
* Welcoming, coordinating and administering the subcontractors involved
* Drawing up the punch list: listing outstanding tasks and following up their implementation
* Helping with the compilation of the technical file and collecting the necessary documents for it
* Working on the sites themselves, in close contact with the workers, the client and the Project Manager
* A bachelor's degree in electromechanics or equivalent through experience
* 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position
* Good knowledge of piping and mechanical construction
* Good proven leadership skills
* Be communicative and customer-oriented
* Willing to travel to sites all over Belgium
