Business Process Analyst (Finance Process Improvement & ERP Readiness – IT Services Sector) – FreelanceWe are seeking a Business Process Analyst to support a customer in the IT services sector in Antwerp for a 6-month freelance mission. You will be driving the execution of finance-related improvement initiatives by turning plans into actions and supporting change implementation within the management team.The objective of the mission is to prepare the organisation for an upcoming ERP implementation by ensuring that finance and adjacent processes are well-structured, streamlined, and ready for transition. While the ERP go-live will take place later, this role focuses on making the planned progress tangible and efficient in advance of the system rollout.The Business Process Analyst will work closely with the finance management team and other stakeholders to structure initiatives, track progress, and ensure changes are implemented effectively across the organisation.ResponsibilitiesTranslate strategic finance improvement plans into concrete, actionable stepsSupport process optimisation and readiness activities in preparation for the ERP implementationProvide project management support and follow-up of multiple initiativesDrive implementation of agreed changes and ensure adoption in day-to-day operationsMonitor progress, identify bottlenecks, and propose pragmatic solutionsAct as a sparring partner for management to prioritise and structure initiativesProfile5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Process AnalystStrong background in process improvement, change enablement, and/or project managementExperience with ERP toolings (finance modules) is a strong plusHands-on, pragmatic, and results-oriented mindsetExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsFluent in Dutch (mandatory)Additional DetailsSENIORITY: Medior – SeniorSTART DATE: ASAPDURATION: 6 months (extension possible)CONTRACT: FreelanceLOCATION: Antwerp / Hybrid (2-3 days on site)HOURS PER WEEK: 40LANGUAGES: Dutch
