The role:
As a Junior Sales Recruiter, you will be trained to run a full recruitment desk, working with clients and candidates across the Belgian and Benelux markets.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Speaking with candidates and clients daily
* Building relationships with hiring managers
* Managing interview processes from first call to offer
* Negotiating offers and closing placements
* Developing your own client portfolio over time
This is a fast-paced, commercial role where results matter.
