The Role
We're looking for a
Project Manager
who can be the operational backbone of ambitious HR transformation initiatives. You'll work alongside HR leaders and people strategy experts at mid-market companies and corporates, translating their vision into executable reality.
What you'll actually do:
* Partner with HR directors and people strategy leaders to structure complex transformation programs
* Turn strategic ambitions into concrete project plans with clear milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
* Set up and run project governance: steering committees, workstreams, RACI matrices that actually work
* Track progress, manage risks, and keep stakeholders aligned across multiple organizational levels
* Deliver results in domains like organizational redesign, talent management systems, culture change programs, HR digitalization
* Navigate the political and cultural complexity of HR transformation (because it's never just about processes)
What you need
Must have:
* Trilingual: French + Dutch + English
(this is non-negotiable, perfect command of FR or NL and very good command of the other one)
* 5+ years managing complex projects or programs, ideally in HR/organizational transformation contexts
* Solid project management methodology (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile, or equivalent - we care about structured thinking, not certifications)
* The ability to challenge constructively and ask the uncomfortable questions
* Comfort operating at both strategic and operational levels
* A genuine interest in people, culture, and organizational dynamics
Nice to have:
* HR background or deep HR domain knowledge
* Change management experience
* Experience with HR tech implementations (Workday, SuccessFactors, etc.)
* Consulting experience in people & organization practices
