We are looking for an experienced freelance IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate analytics and BI transformation initiatives within a complex enterprise environment. You will play a key role in ensuring successful delivery, aligned with an ongoing ERP program.
Assignment Scope:
Project Leadership & Governance
* Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.
* Set up project governance and reporting, fully aligned with the ERP roadmap.
* Coordinate internal and external stakeholders (business teams, IT, data engineers, BI teams, vendors).
Analytics & BI Transformation
* Lead the modernization of BI tools, reporting processes, and data visualization standards.
* Manage the migration from legacy reporting to modern platforms (Qlik, AWS, Snowflake, Power BI).
* Oversee data integration, data quality initiatives, and new data model implementations.
Change Management & Adoption
* Drive user adoption through clear communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
* Work closely with business owners to redefine KPIs, dashboards, and analytics workflows.
* Ensure delivered solutions meet business and regulatory requirements.
Risk, Budget & Resource Management
* Manage budget follow‑up, resource planning, risks, and mitigation actions.
* Ensure on‑time, on‑quality, on‑budget delivery.
Communication & Alignment
* Act as the single point of contact for project updates and decisions.
* Report progress and risks to senior stakeholders and leadership.
Required Expertise
* Proven experience as a IT Project Manager.
* Solid background in ERP and BI / analytics environments (SAP, Qlik, AWS, Snowflake, Power BI).
* Strong understanding of data governance, data warehousing, and reporting processes.
* Excellent stakeholder management and change‑management skills.
* Fluent in French and English (both required).
* Available 3 days per week, with the possibility to scale up.
* Able to work 2 days per week onsite in Liège.
