We are hiring an Order & Customer Support Administrator

We are looking for a motivated, proactive and professional Customer Support Administrator to join the Order Processing & Customer Support Department, working from our HQ for EMEA in Belgium (Mechelen). In this role, you will work as part of the Customer Service team to interact with our customers in a fast-paced and solution-based environment to ensure customer satisfaction. We will look for you to showcase your interpersonal and relationship building skills to resolve professional challenges and continuously work on improving our processes and customer experience.
Your essential tasks?
* Create new sales orders in a timely manner.
* Review orders daily for product availability to ensure timely delivery according to customer's expectation.
* Review daily and weekly open orders and coordinate with internal departments to resolve any open order issues and communicate with customers and sales team.
* Proactively maintain and grow the relationship with existing and new customers by monitoring their daily activity, following up on their interactions and resolving any issues.
* Provide information to dealers such as order status, pricing, product availability and shipping information.
* Be the commercial administrative key person for customers.
* Resolve customer credit issues with the Finance team.
Which skills are we looking for in the person to complement our team?
* Good knowledge of
English and Dutch
is a must, other languages are an added value.
* Already experienced in Customer Service? We see it as a big plus.
* Outlook, Excel and Word have few secrets to you
* Familiar with SAP? Perfect, you'll work on a daily basis with this program. But no must (we'll train you).
* You are hands-on, customer-oriented and always keep your calm.
* Communication is key – with us, clients and other departments.
* Problem-solver is your middle-name. You will always try to find a solution for your client.
* Teamwork makes the dream work
