We combine a people-first mindset with strategic insight, and now we’re looking for a Business Analyst to strengthen that mission.
What will you do as Business Analyst?
As Business Analyst, you are the bridge between business objectives, operations, and technology. You analyse, advise, and transform data into actionable insights that boost productivity, measure impact, and guide strategic decisions.
Your core responsibilities will include:
Requirements gathering – Engage with stakeholders in recruitment, sales, and operations to understand business needs.
Process analysis – Map current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
Performance measurement – Build and monitor KPIs (e.g. time-to-hire, commercial campaign impact, recruiter productivity).
Solution design – Collaborate with IT, developers, and business teams to design solutions that fit operational needs.
Data analysis & reporting – Create dashboards and deliver clear, actionable insights with tools like Power BI and Excel.
Documentation – Write functional specifications, user stories, and business cases.
Testing & validation – Ensure solutions deliver real value through testing and stakeholder feedback.
Who are we looking for?
You are analytical, curious, and thrive on translating data into real business impact.
Your profile:
Strong analytical thinking – able to turn complex data into clear insights.
Excellent communication skills – you can translate numbers into stories.
Proficient in English + Dutch and/or French .
Solid business acumen – knowledge of recruitment or commercial processes is a plus.
Comfortable in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid environments.
Skilled in tools such as Power BI, Excel, Jira, and process modelling software.
