About our role
Our client is looking for a Graphic Designer / Visual Communication Specialist to create engaging visual content that supports marketing, communication, and brand initiatives. In this role, you will design impactful visual materials across digital and print channels, ensuring strong brand consistency and high-quality visual storytelling.
You will collaborate closely with marketing, content, and product teams to translate business objectives into effective visual concepts across an omnichannel environment. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of creative projects including campaigns, events, corporate communication, and employer branding initiatives within an international setting.
The position offers flexibility (payroll or freelance), a hybrid remote policy, and a healthy work-life balance.
What you will be doing
* Design visually engaging marketing and communication materials (social media graphics, webpage layouts, email templates, presentations, brochures, advertisements, branded collateral).
* Repurpose and adapt visual assets across multiple channels in an omnichannel environment.
* Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to translate business objectives into impactful visual concepts.
* Support the visual promotion of company events and tradeshows.
* Create visuals for corporate communications, including press releases, employer branding, and HR initiatives.
* Ensure all creative assets respect brand guidelines and visual identity standards.
* Prepare final design files for print and digital production, ensuring technical accuracy.
* Stay up to date with design trends, marketing best practices, and emerging technologies.
What you bring
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Visual Communication or Graphic Design.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in visual communication or graphic design within a creative agency or marketing department.
* Strong understanding of visual design principles (hierarchy, typography, color theory, layout, balance).
* Ability to translate creative briefs into effective visual concepts.
* Experience working in a fast-paced, international environment with multiple priorities.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
* Strong understanding of marketing objectives and business impact.
Hard skills
* Adobe Creative Suite — particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
* Omnichannel content design
* CMS: Drupal
* CRM: 365
* Experience designing for digital and print media
* Basic knowledge of UX/UI design principles
Nice to have
* Experience in motion design and/or video editing
* Knowledge of HTML/CSS
Languages
