At Voxdale we're looking for a Operations Specialist (Growth Track) to join our team.
About The Job
You'll keep a 45-person engineering company running while figuring out how to automate the repetitive parts of the job. Today you might process invoices manually. Tomorrow you might build the workflow that does it for you.
We need someone who can handle unglamorous work now while demonstrating the judgment to take on more.
What You'll Do
Keep the office running — reception, supplies, meeting rooms, facilities
Support the executive team — calendars, travel, meeting prep
Handle finance admin — invoices in, payments out, expense tracking, debtor follow-up
Manage the fleet — vehicle coordination, maintenance, accident paperwork
Support HR operations — onboarding, offboarding, team events
Automate your own job — identify repetitive tasks and work with AI tools to eliminate them
How We Work
We don't count hours. We count what gets done.
You'll have access to AI tools and freedom to use them however you see fit. We expect you to experiment. Some experiments will fail. We'd rather you try ten things and learn from eight failures than play it safe.
Your judgment matters: We won't tell you which tool to use or how to structure your day
Learning is core: Staying current with AI capabilities isn't optional
Humans and agents together: You'll learn to orchestrate both. Knowing when to delegate to a person versus a bot is a skill we'll help you build

Required
About you
Fluent Dutch and English (written and spoken)
Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping thing
Genuine belief that AI will change how work gets done, and excitement about being part of that
Nice To Have, But Not Required
Prior experience in operations or executive support
Specific tool expertise (but if you want to know, we use Google Workspace, Exact Online, Atlassian and some custom automations)
A perfectly polished CV
Mindset
You're not afraid of menial work. Credibility comes from doing unglamorous stuff well.
