Subject to contract award, Serco Defence is expanding operations, with future opportunities emerging to manage and maintain key military training facilities throughout Belgium.
We are currently researching solutions that are designed to improve operational readiness by delivering high-quality services across advanced training installations, focused on the following areas;
4. Management & Operations: Overseeing execution, compliance, and service quality.
5. Technical & Engineering: Maintaining and optimizing training equipment.
6. Simulation & Training: Supporting personnel in using advanced technologies.
7. IT & Logistics: Managing infrastructure, cybersecurity, planning, and support.

Key Responsibilities
13. Operate and manage assigned simulation systems to ensure smooth execution of training exercises.
14. Prepare, configure, and adapt training scenarios based on specific training objectives.
15. Provide technical and operational support during training sessions.
16. Assist users in understanding and utilizing the Observer and After Action Review (AAR) modules.
17. Maintain and update simulation systems in collaboration with technical teams.
18. Support training courses, demonstrations, and PR events related to simulation training.
You will be fully trained on the job for this role. We are not looking for a finished expert—just someone with technical knowledge and a genuine interest in working in a defense environment.

Skills
19. Prior experience in a military or tactical training environment is a strong advantage.
20. Strong technical skills and proficiency in working with simulation software (no IT expertise required).
21. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
22. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
23. Fluent in French. (Dutch is a plus).
