Key Responsibilities Overseetactical and operational management of STANLEY & DEWALT productgroups, optimizing and maintaining the product portfolio to alignwith Benelux growth plans. Develop and execute regional launchand promo plans, including conducting price analysis andadjustments. Collaborate with central product managers,commercialization teams, brand marketing colleagues, and localsales to ensure alignment and drive sales conversion. Participatein strategic meetings, create annual marketing plans forstakeholders and customers, and manage budgets and sales growthacross the full marketing mix. Drive commercial planning andcaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring budget compliance,presenting commercialisation plans effectively, and maintaininglean product portfolios to improve working capital and reduceexcess and obsolete stock.
