Technical Sales Support Engineer Company Description Our Client is a world leader in providing particle separation and size reduction solutions. Function Provides hands-on technical, technical assistance via phone or other forms of communications and warranty information regarding equipment. Completes technical product reports; reports on product problems encountered. Provides the initial contact for all representatives. Creates a communication system between the District Sale, the regional manager, and the customer service department to better serve the needs of the customer, and the interests of the company. May Provides one-on-one technical training (internal and external). Carries out in-house and on-site tests. Ensures the on-site maintenance activity service. In charge of the rental units fleet management. In charge of the laboratory housekeeping and supporting customers’ visits. Handles other requests from management on a timely basis. Performs quality audits as requested. Job qualifications Technical training required : preferably a Mechanical or Scientifical Engineering degree or relevant professional experience. Good interpersonal and sales skills with customers, sales reps, and inside personnel or prospects; persuasive skills with in-company personnel. Willingness to travel (30%). Must be fluent in French with a good level in English written and spoken. Dutch or German are a plus. Type of contract : “6-month interim assignment followed by a permanent full-time contract (40 hours/week) if the candidate successfully completes the interim period.” Applications are accepted until May 1st, 2026
