You will be responsible for building strong working relationships with the Sub‐Regional Contractor Care Team, Sub‐Regional Payroll & Billing Teams, Workers, and Clients.What will you be doing as a Contractor Care Specialist?As a Contractor Care Specialist, you will be responsible for the day‐to‐day operational support of contingent and Employer of Record (EOR) workers across Belgium.The key objectives of this role are Compliance and Customer Satisfaction. Once a worker has been onboarded and begins their engagement, you will act as the main point of contact for both the Worker and the Client, responding to any questions or queries relating to their employment.Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and respond to internal and external queries promptly and within SLAs, primarily via email and other communication channelsLiaise with relevant regional teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of queriesWork closely with Clients and external accountants to manage the full worker lifecycle, including time tracking, absences, parental leave, sickness, and performance issuesResearch, understand, and advise on country‐specific employment legislation, including statutory and optional worker benefitsEnsure compliance with country‐specific health & safety and occupational health requirementsBuild strong relationships with workers and clients to support long‐term engagement and satisfactionManage all worker‐related communications, including legislative updates and client‐specific communicationsVerify new‐hire documentation and support with visa and work permit applications where permittedConduct new‐hire introductions to ensure workers understand all relevant processesWork collaboratively and effectively across all internal departmentsWhat experience are we looking for?Fluent in English and Flemish/DutchFamiliarity with Belgian labour law and labour leasingStrong customer service skills with a passion for delivering an excellent experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of attention to detailExperience with Belgian payroll is an advantage but not essentialNext StepsIf you are interested in being considered for this opportunity, please apply with your CV highlighting your relevant skills and experience in relation to the above criteria. xjsrcvqRegardless of the outcome of your application, all candidates will be contacted, and we aim to do this within 3 working days.
