🌟 Role Overview


We are seeking a strategic and creative Content & Social Media Manager to drive inbound growth, brand engagement, and lead generation.


This role blends channel strategy, content creation, and performance analysis, with a strong focus on social media management and content marketing.



📌 Key Responsibilities


🖋️ Content Strategy & Execution

* Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy focused on inbound growth, brand awareness, and lead generation.
* Create high-impact content across the marketing funnel:
* Blog posts
* Landing pages
* Downloadable resources (eBooks, templates, etc.)
* Newsletters
* Video scripts
* Launch brand-driven campaigns such as reports, surveys, and industry toolkits.
* Ensure brand consistency and a unified tone of voice across all owned channels.
* Align content initiatives with overall business goals in collaboration with cross-functional teams.


📲 Social Media Management

* Own and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms.
* Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging, on-brand content.
* Lead community engagement and manage interactions with followers and customers.
* Stay current with platform algorithms, new features, and emerging trends.
* Drive social experimentation and A/B testing across channels.


🎯 Campaign Management & Creative Direction

* Brief and review creative assets for social and content campaigns.
* Manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and asset delivery.
* Oversee influencer or brand ambassador collaborations.
* Coordinate with freelancers and creative agencies as needed.


📊 Performance & Optimization

* Track, analyze, and report on key metrics (e.g., CTR, CPC, engagement, conversions).
* Use insights to continually optimize strategies.
* Present performance reports and actionable insights to stakeholders.



✅ You’ll Thrive in This Role If You...


* Are a native English speaker (C2 level); Spanish is a plus.
* Have 3–5 years of experience in content marketing, social media, or brand roles (mandatory B2B SaaS or tech).
* Are a strong storyteller with excellent copywriting skills.
* Know how to build and execute strategies that drive pipeline.
* Are data-informed and enjoy optimizing for performance.
* Have hands-on experience with tools such as: WordPress, GA4 / Google Analytics, SEO platforms, project management tools, and AI tools.
* Thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments and take ownership of your work.
* Enjoy mentoring and contributing to team growth.
* Cybersecurity knowledge is a plus.
