Shape the future of our Aftermarket Sales operations. /b /pp To support our growth in West Europe, we are looking for a strong hands-on Sales Aftermarket professional /strong ready to take a broader role combining strong business development, commercial coordination, and team support /strong. /pp This position is based at b our European Headquarters in Belgium /b and requires regular on-site presence, with a hybrid setup allowing up to two days of homeworking per week. /pp This is an ideal opportunity for someone who has already built solid experience in the strong automotive aftermarket /strong and wants to expand their scope towards regional impact, without moving into a purely strategic or senior leadership role. /ppstrong About the Role /strong /pp As part of the West Europe Sales team, you play a key role in strong driving commercial performance across the aftermarket network /strong (distributors, wholesalers, buying groups, etc.). /pp You will: /pulli Act as a strong commercial driver for the region /strong, supporting growth and revenue development /lili Coordinate and support a small Sales team (Belgium remote colleagues in Europe) /lili Contribute directly to strong customer interactions, business opportunities, and operational excellence /strong /li /ulp This role is primarily strong business sales driven /strong, with strong people coordination as a plus /strong. /ppstrong Your Responsibilities /strong /ppb1. Drive Aftermarket Sales Performance /b /pulli Develop and grow business with key customers and partners in West Europe /lili Identify opportunities within the IAM (Independent Aftermarket) ecosystem /lili Support negotiations, tenders, pricing strategies, and customer development plans /lili Actively contribute to revenue growth and market share expansion /li /ulpstrong2. Coordinate Sales Activities (West Europe) /strong /pulli Align priorities across different markets and support execution of commercial plans /lili Bring structure and follow-up on pipeline, forecasts, and campaigns /lili Share best practices and ensure consistency in approach across countries /li /ulpstrong3.
