Your mission
As Senior Project Manager Marketing, you will be in charge, in collaboration with the marketing manager, of digital and marketing projects and content creation.
Your main responsibilities
* To manage several marketing projects in collaboration with the marketing manager.
* To create videos for social media and website: customer testimonials, social media capsules, event aftermovies…
* Création de support marketing varié (ppt, flyer, plaquettes…).
* Contribute to the implementation and management of marketing automation processes based on Salesforce.
* Monitor customer satisfaction surveys and follow up on the resulting improvement action plans.
* To update our website’s content in collaboration with the marketing team: events, products, blog, news, etc.
* To manage email marketing in collaboration with the marketing team: database management and integration into tools.
* To assess the impact of the initiatives performed and generate reports on the concerned KPIs.
* To support the team in the organisation of events & webinars.
Job Requirements
You are positive, dynamic and motivated to work on various projects. You are a team player and ready to play a role in various tasks.
* Graduated in marketing or related field.
* Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing and project management (videos, social media, events, surveys…), ideally within a communication or marketing agency.
* Strong interest in ICT and new technologies is a real asset.
* Autonomous and proactive, with the ability to make strategic recommendations.
* Meticulous with strong attention to detail.
* Excellent organizational and planning skills.
* Fluent in French and English (perfect spelling) – Knowledge of Dutch is an advantage.
* Valid driver’s license – geographic mobility.
* Availability to start quickly.
