.Because of this key role in the company, you will share your time between our Belgium offices based in
Grand-Rosière and Louvain-la-Neuve.
Responsibilities
* Collect and analyse recruitment needs
* Develop the talents pipeline
* Build and implement strategies to increase the volume of applicants for specific positions
* Manage the whole recruitment cycle
* Attend professional events (job fairs, company's presentation, networking events,...)
Must have
* Fluent
in French & Engl
ish
* A first relevant experience in recruitment
* Motivated, disciplined and fun
* Marketing skills & be creative
* Quick & autonomous learner
* Willing to open doors and create new contacts
Nice to have
* Fluent in Dutch
* Bachelor or Master Degree
* Available quickly
* Experience in a fast paced environment
* Interest in the IT industry
