We are currently searching for a highly-motivated, creative and results-driven individual to join our Recruitment Team in Belgium
The company is growing day by day, and all teams need to grow with it. To support this growth and help us find and select the best candidates, we are looking for a junior Talent Acquisition Officer to focus on technical profiles, mainly developers
This role involves a high volume of interviews, screening calls, and active sourcing to identify and engage top technical talent.
You will work independently but never alone. This means you need to be flexible, confident, and ready to take initiatives and responsibilities.
Be ready: in 2025, we successfully recruited 500 new talents
Because of this key role in the company, you will split your time between our Belgium offices in Grand-Rosière and Louvain-la-Neuve.
Responsibilities
Collect and analyse recruitment needs
Develop the talents pipeline
Build and implement strategies to increase the volume of applicants for specific positions
Manage the whole recruitment cycle
Attend professional events (job fairs, company's presentation, networking events,...)
Must have
Fluent in French & English
A first relevant experience in recruitment
Motivated, disciplined and fun
Marketing skills & be creative
Quick & autonomous learner
Willing to open doors and create new contacts
Nice to have
Fluent in Dutch
Bachelor or Master Degree
Available quickly
Experience in a fast paced environment
Interest in the IT industry
