Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). Job description

Job Description

You will join our partner's Analytical Development Department, which specializes in physico-chemical methods for biological molecules. The team's main mission is to develop, validate, and transfer robust and efficient analytical methods in line with regulatory requirements — from early clinical phases to commercialization.

You will replace an experienced professional specialized in chromatography and Empower, contributing to method development and analytical support for biological process characterization, technology transfer, and preparation of regulatory documentation.

Your missions

Conduct laboratory work and write methods and protocols.

Use and develop analytical techniques such as:
Chromatography (SEC, RP, affinity, ion exchange, HILIC, HIC)

Capillary electrophoresis (CGE, CzE, iCE, MauriCE)

Collaborate with the team for theoretical and practical training.

Communicate with technical experts and project contacts to plan and execute analytical activities.

Design experiments and manage laboratory tasks autonomously.

Develop, validate, and transfer analytical methods.

Contribute to release and stability testing according to project needs.

Prepare, review, and approve procedures, protocols, and reports.

Analyze and verify results, and present findings during project meetings.

Ensure compliance with GMP/HSE rules and applicable regulatory standards.

Your profile

Must have:
At least 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.

Strong knowledge of protein chemistry and GMP.

Expertise in at least one analytical technique (chromatography or capillary electrophoresis).

Proficiency with Empower software.

Fluency in French (spoken and written) and good command of written English.

Master's or Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry or Analytical Chemistry.

Strong laboratory and analytical method development skills.

Ability to write and review detailed documentation (protocols, reports, procedures).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice to have:
Skills in capillary electrophoresis and protein separation.

Experience in QC and knowledge of GLP/GMP standards.

Experience in biochemistry and analysis of biological matrices.

Good level of English for reporting and meetings.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a matrix environment.
