We are looking for a Project Manager who is collaborative, future-oriented, and results-driven to join our Global Supply Chain team, based at UCB’s Braine campus.
About the Role:
You will lead high-impact programs and projects that drive integration, transformation, and digitalization across Global Supply Chain. From strategy to execution, you will deliver measurable value while ensuring stakeholder alignment, sustainable change, and consistent program governance. You will also help shape and evolve our Project & Change Management culture, contribute to cross-initiative synergies, and support the integration of emerging technologies such as GenAI and Agentic AI into project workflows.
Who You Will Work With:
You’ll be part of a diverse, multi-cultural team of global project sponsors, business owners, and cross-functional leads from across Manufacturing, Quality, Planning, and Digital domains. You will also interface with the broader PMO, Change Experts, and external partners to drive excellence and innovation across the ecosystem.
What You Will Do:
1. Scope, plan, and resource programs and projects based on business priorities and governance frameworks.
2. Build integrated project plans (SMART objectives, timelines, budgets, charters) and manage cross-functional teams to execute on them.
3. Act as the single point of contact for project planning, budgeting, risk management, and capacity coordination.
4. Track and manage KPIs, performance reviews, quality gates, and governance milestones.
5. Engage stakeholders across functions with clear communication and active alignment around project objectives.
6. Ensure smooth transitions and handovers, securing sustainability and business readiness at go-live.
7. Actively promote a culture of continuous improvement, knowledge-sharing, and lessons learned across Global Supply Chain.
8. Support the uptake of GenAI and Agentic AI tools to increase project efficiency, insight generation, and strategic foresight.
9. Contribute to PMO-wide communication and engagement (townhalls, newsletters, trainings) and support portfolio-level optimization.
Interested? For this role, we are looking for the following education, experience, and skills:
10. Educational background: Master’s or Bachelor’s in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
11. Certifications such as PMI, Prince2, APICS, Lean Six Sigma are strong assets.
12. Proven Supply Chain knowledge in a global, regulated environment (biopharma preferred).
13. Strong experience in project and change management, with a track record of leading multi-stakeholder initiatives.
14. Familiarity with GenAI, agentic AI, digital solutions, or automation is highly valued.
15. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to navigate across diverse stakeholders.
16. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a knack for risk anticipation and problem solving.
17. Thrives in multicultural, fast-paced settings. Fluent in English
