Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Global Sales Enablement Director to develop and execute a comprehensive business and sales enablement strategy aligned with the Digital Flexo Solutions BU strategic objectives and business goals. The role is critical in defining and harmonizing global sales processes, ensuring standard onboarding, training and development plans for our commercial teams. You will coach, develop people and collaborate across teams in a complex sales environment. The role requires 20% travel (40 days/year) and can be based in Germany, Belgium, or the UK, working remotely.
Key Accountabilities
Strategy & Planning – Conduct needs assessments, establish KPIs, stay abreast of industry best practices, and measure enablement effectiveness.
Content Development & Management – Oversee creation and curation of high‐quality content (presentations, battlecards, product demos, competitive analyses, sales scripts), collaborate with marketing, manage the content repository, and ensure consistency.
Training & Development – Design and deliver onboarding, product/solutions training, sales skills training, competitive training; use various methodologies (in‐person, e‐learning, webinars, coaching); develop and manage a certification program.
Technology & Tools – Evaluate, select and implement enablement technologies (asset management systems, learning management systems); ensure teams use them effectively and integrate them into business processes.
Collaboration & Communication – Build relationships with sales, marketing, business, delivery and other stakeholders; communicate enablement initiatives, solicit continuous feedback, and present progress to senior management.

Essential Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
7‐10 years of experience in sales management roles with complex sales processes, preferably in packaging.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales programs with measurable results.
Deep understanding of the sales process and challenges in the packaging market.
Knowledge of sales methodologies (Challenger Sales, MEDDIC, SPIN Selling, Solution or Value Selling).
Experience with sales enablement technologies (sales asset management systems, CRM platforms, learning management systems).
Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and team‐management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong project‐management skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
