Job Content: As a PreSales Mobile Consultant, you will play a critical role in translating customer needs into tailored, innovative, and competitive technical and commercial solutions. You will be at the intersection of client engagement, solution design, and strategic bidding, collaborating closely with product, technical, and commercial teams.In addition to your pre-sales responsibilities, you will lead and coordinate the full lifecycle of RFP/RFQ (Request for Proposal) responses, ensuring compelling, compliant, and timely submissions that align with both client requirements and internal capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients to understand their business challenges and translate them into customized mobile and unified communications solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical, product, marketing) to co-design innovative, value-driven proposals. Act as the primary point of contact for Telecom RFP/RFQ bid management, including: 1. Analyzing RFP/RFQ requirements and defining win strategies 2. Coordinating internal stakeholders and managing timelines 3. Assembling and submitting high-quality responses with supporting documentation Advise clients on suitable technologies, services, and architectures (mobile, fixed, UC). Deliver persuasive solution presentations and product demos to executive and technical audiences. Design the technical and financial elements of proposals to meet both customer needs and business objectives. Ensure seamless collaboration between sales, engineering, and product teams throughout the presales and delivery process. Maintain ongoing engagement with clients to support solution adoption and satisfaction. Profile: Education: Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.Experience: 3–5 years in pre-sales or technical sales, preferably in telecom, IT, or network services.RFP Expertise: Proven experience managing and responding to public or private RFPs, including cross-team coordination and compliance handling.Technical Knowledge:Solid understanding of mobile technologies (4G/5G), data networks, fixed voice, and unified communications Familiarity with mobile & fixed network architecture and protocols Skills & Tools:Strong proficiency with productivity and collaboration tools, including AI-enhanced platforms Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and business-minded Languages: Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) Our offer: A professional and stimulating work environment in the IT & telecom sector.
