As a UI Designer at Nowjobs, you will work closely with our product, development, and sometimes even marketing team to design engaging user interfaces that align with our brand and business objectives. You will be responsible for conceptualizing and implementing creative ideas, optimizing UI elements, and ensuring a seamless user experience across our digital platforms.
Design and implement visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with UX designers and developers to ensure seamless integration of UI elements.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that enhance usability.
Maintain and refine Nowjobs' design system, ensuring consistency across all products.
Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and data insights.
Stay up-to-date with the latest UI design trends, tools, and best practices.
Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
Proficiency in Figma, as it is our primary design tool.
Experience with responsive and interactive design principles.
Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI design projects (optional).
You have a bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or equivalent by experience.
Strong ability to design and improve frameworks.
Are you fluent and professional in Dutch and English.
Proactive and team oriented.
Ability to work towards team objectives and deadlines.
