Resina Partners is partnering with a European polymer distributor in the search for a Sales Manager to join their commercial team in the Benelux region.

A solid, family-owned distributor with over 30 years of activity, specialized in the European distribution of polyolefins, elastomers, masterbatches, engineered polymers, and more.
With almost 200 employees across multiple European countries, the company continues to grow through a mix of long-term partnerships and technical expertise.
The role
You will join the Benelux sales team, with the goal of managing and developing the local customer base in Belgium.
Your mission will be to consolidate existing business, develop new accounts, and support continued growth in collaboration with the wider European commercial team.
The role combines an existing customer base with a strong expectation on new business development.
Key responsibilities:
* Develop and grow sales in the Belgium market
* Manage and expand an existing portfolio of customers
* Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, sourcing, support) to ensure service quality
What we’re looking for:
* Sales experience in plastics raw materials is a must: whether at plastics distributors, traders, or producers
* Hunter mentality: comfortable with new business development, not just managing existing accounts
* Fluent Dutch and good English
