Description
To support their Pharm TranSCend program, Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Lead Product Manager ERP Finance.
As part of the Pharm Transcend Program, the Lead Product Manager Finance will be an active member of the Pharm Supply Chain Technology team, driving global standardization within Pharma of ERP technology solutions in the scope of Accounts to report area. Primary responsibility for this role includes managing design, build and deployment of Finance related capabilities in Innovative Medicine S4 platform.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Requirements Definition: Support Business Product Owner in defining end-to-end business processes, user stories, and prioritize backlog.
2. Solution Design: Explain how requirements may be implemented, drive selection of solution options, and support Lead Engineer in defining technical solutions.
3. Product Delivery: Facilitate release planning, manage the integrated build with Software Engineers, and support testing.
4. Operational Leadership: Shape the squad vision & roadmap, interact with other squads, and drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Qualifications:
1. Strong Knowledge of S4 Hana financial processes and technical capabilities.
2. Understanding of end-to-end business process linkages across various functions.
3. Experience in Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and knowledge of compliance regulations.
4. Experience with Agile methodology and strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to analyze situations effectively.
