Key Responsibilities
* Will participate in SAP S4 Migration/Tax Reform Project.
* An SAP - ABAP S/4HANA is responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of SAP applications and interfaces within an S/4HANA environment.
* This role requires a deep understanding of both ABAP development, as well as strong leadership and communication skills to guide development teams and collaborate with functional and business stakeholders.
* English advanced or fluent for conversation and documentation (reading and writing).
* We may need to develop few new integrations from S4 to a new legal legacy apps and will finalize during design session.
* They will be in web Methods / EDI or in SAP PO, but BTP is not used for Brazil as of now.
* Delivery Leadership
* Lead cross‑functional integration delivery teams (developers, architects, functional consultants, vendors)
* Coordinate integration scope across multiple programs or workstreams.
* Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and integration bottlenecks.
* Risk, Quality & Performance
* Identify integration risks early and define mitigation strategies.
* Monitor integration performance and drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Experience Technical
Strong experience in enterprise systems integration.
Leadership & Soft Skills
* Proven ability to lead without direct authority.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* High tolerance for ambiguity and pressure in complex environments.
