As a Digital Performance Specialist, your main responsibilities will be to :

Develop, execute, and optimize international SEA campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads) with a strong focus on performance and ROI.
2.
Lead YouTube and Google Display campaigns to build international brand awareness and support employer branding.
3.
Define and implement strategic approaches tailored to target audiences, campaign objectives, and available budgets.
4.
Analyze digital performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable reports.
5.
Manage and continuously improve SEO (both technical and content-driven), in collaboration with internal content and data teams.
6.
Foster a data-driven culture within the team by measuring, reporting, and challenging campaign effectiveness.
7.
Align and coordinate closely with multiple internal teams - including paid media, content, data analytics, and employer branding.
The successful candidate will have the following qualities:

Proven experience in digital marketing.
9.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience managing and optimizing SEA and SEO campaigns.

Strong ability to work with Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display) and Microsoft Ads, and ideally, have used tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Semrush, Screaming Frog, and Google Search Console.

Analytical, precise, and ROI-driven, with the ability to propose data-backed optimizations.
12.
Ability to manage budgets and campaigns autonomously - from setup to evaluation.

Fluent in Dutch and French
