We are looking for a CQ Lead DS Process Equipment who is detail-oriented, proactive, and solution-focused to join us as a freelance in Braine-l'Alleud, Belgium.
About the role
As a freelance CQ Lead DS Process Equipment,you will lead commissioning and qualification activities for Drug Substance process equipment. You’ll ensure safety, compliance, and timely delivery while guiding partners and suppliers.
Who you’ll work with
You’ll collaborate with an integrated CQV team, technical partners, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth and compliant project execution.
What you’ll do
• You lead drafting, review, and approval of C&Q documentation.
• You oversee verification testing, FAT/SAT, and deviation resolution.
• You act as C&Q expert and compliance authority.
• You plan, track, and report C&Q progress and risks.
• You validate equipment turnover from construction.
• You manage change controls and ensure timely closure.
Interested? For this role, we’re looking for the following education, experience, and skills
• Technical degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of hands-on C&Q experience in international CAPEX projects.
• Expertise in sterile, biotech, and single-use equipment.
• Strong knowledge of GMP, GAMP-5, Anex 15, ASTM E2500.
• Excellent analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Fluent English required.
