About the job
As International Sales & Marketing Manager, your role will be to define the Sales strategy and to implement it with the support of the Sales team, and in collaboration with R&D, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, ...
Your responsibilities will include :
1. Establishing and implementing a Sales & Marketing strategy that meets the company's objectives.
2. Analysing trends, market developments and the competition, communicating them internally and driving product/application development.
3. Monitoring current customers and prospecting projects.
4. Leading the Sales and Marketing team.
5. Monitoring and organising distribution channels.
6. Drawing up the annual sales forecast and managing the marketing budget.
7. Working with the Supply Chain and Production to optimise internal efficiency.
8. Promoting Meurens Natural's visibility.
About the ideal candidate
9. You have a Scientific background, completed by a business experience in one of the following sectors : food ingredients, biotech, pharma, food production, chemical production, etc.
10. You enjoy a mix of strategy and operations ;
11. You have leadership skills ;
12. You have an entrepreneurial mindset ;
13. You are willing to travel on a regular basis to meet your prospects/clients and attend fairs ;
14. You are fluent in French and English.
