We welcome both graduates and experienced professionals who meet the following criteria:
7. Education: A bachelor’s degree in science, engineering, biotechnology, pharmacy, or a related field—with or without professional experience.
8. Skills: Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and a passion for quality and innovation.
9. Adaptability: Flexibility to work in a shift regime (including weekends, 4 days working and 4 days off) and to perform in a GMP-regulated environment.
10. Team Spirit: A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic team.
11. Languages: Proficiency in English is required, and Dutch is a plus.
