Yuzzu is currently seeking a IT Technical Architect
Yuzzu is continuously launching new projects and initiatives aimed at innovating, meeting the expectations of clients and internal users, and preparing for the future by modernizing its IT and application landscape. In this context, multiple multidisciplinary teams work closely together with a cross-functional technical team on these projects, following an Agile/Scrum approach.
You will report to the CIO and will be a key player in the cross-functional cooperation, playing a central role in coordinating and fostering synergy among the different teams to ensure the success of the projects and the continuous growth of the company.
Which are your most important targets?
* You will act as a servant leader to foster trust, alignment, and high performance across these multidisciplinary teams. You will drive collaboration between business stakeholders and technical experts, removing roadblocks to accelerate IT modernization and deliver user-centric innovations."
* The IT Technical Architect is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical infrastructure that support the organization's IT strategy. This role involves working closely with IT teams, stakeholders and vendors to ensure that technical solutions are scalable, secure, and efficient.
* The IT Technical Architect will provide technical leadership, ensure compliance with industry standards, and drive the adoption of new technologies.
Which are your responsibilities?
* As IT Technical Architect you will design and implement solutions that align with the organization’s IT Strategy and Business objectives.
* You’ll ensure that technical designs are scalable, secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
* You’ll oversee the management of our main IT solutions providers.
* You’ll lead the evaluation and selection of new technical solutions in PaaS or SaaS modes.
* You’ll oversee the implementation of technical projects, ensuring they’re delivered on time, within budget and on scope. You’ll coordinate with various IT teams to ensure technical plans are well integrated into their roadmaps.
* You’ll make sure our technical implementations are compliant with the existing regulation and are following security best practices.
* You’ll develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
* You’ll ensure that detailed technical documentations are created and maintained.
* You’ll lead our DevOps team and our Workplace team
What are your skills and experiences?
* You have a degree in computer science (master's, or equivalent by experience)
* Proven experience in IT technical architecture role
* Proven track record of leading technical projects to successful completion
* Strong knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)
* Familiar with network design, data management and security protocols
* Proven experience in managing complex platforms
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
* Strong leadership and project management skills

* Certified in IT Technical Architecture (TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
* Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies
* Experience in DORA regulation
* Experience in Data management
* Experience with FinOps activities
