1. You analyze Change Requests related to the HR applications in order to assess development costs and evaluate the return on investment (ROI).
2. You design solutions supported by a business case and adapt the related processes accordingly. These applications include tools such as the leave request system, performance management tool, HR chatbot, etc.
3. You investigate incidents in collaboration with the IT teams to identify root causes and implement solutions.
4. You handle Service Requests submitted by the frontline colleagues.
5. You actively contribute to projects led by your colleagues within the HR Program Office (PMO).
6. You hold a Master's degree (or equivalent through relevant experience) and have at least two years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, where you've successfully translated business needs into IT applications.
7. You bring a strong analytical and critical mindset, enabling you to quickly identify opportunities for improvement. Your communication skills allow you to interact and negotiate effectively with internal stakeholders in both French and Dutch. A solid command of English is essential, as you'll be working closely with our IT teams.
8. You work in a structured and methodical way, capable of distinguishing what truly matters while maintaining clarity and precision in your analyses and recommendations.
9. You are both collaborative and autonomous, able to take ownership of your responsibilities and deliver results within agreed timelines.
