About Our Opportunity:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as an Expert M&A Advisory Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality advisory services to clients across various industries and sectors.
* You will participate in financial due diligence assignments in the context of buy- and sell-side M&A transactions, servicing both corporate and private equity clients;
* Identify key risks and gain insight into the value drivers and performance of targeted businesses;
About Your Skills:
1. A strong understanding of accounting principles, with expertise in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting;
2. Proven experience working with data analytic tools such as Power Query or similar software platforms;
3. Familiarity with MS Office applications (Excel, Word etc.) is required.
