We are seeking a Marketing & Data Officer to strengthen our individual giving and donor engagement efforts.
Your Role
As Marketing & Data Officer, you will manage CRM tools, develop segmentation models, implement automated campaigns, and create performance dashboards. You will contribute to marketing and donor engagement strategies that are targeted, measurable, and optimized for impact.
Key Responsibilities
Create a 360° marketing strategy in cooperation with the head of the fundraising department.
Assist in annual and multi‐annual strategic planning.
Contribute to budget planning and forecasting using historical data and predictive models.
Define and implement donor journeys.
CRM & Marketing Automation
Set up and manage automated workflows and email marketing campaigns to improve supporter experience.
Apply CRM insights to refine donor segmentation and maximize the ROI of fundraising campaigns.
Maintain data hygiene and oversee key CRM processes to support a reliable donor database.
Analytics & Reporting
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and campaign performance for our different departments.
Support the execution of donor acquisition and retention campaigns (DM, email, social media, etc.) based on data insights.
Analyse donor behaviour and campaign results, providing clear recommendations for future strategy.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in data‐driven marketing, fundraising, CRM management, or performance marketing.
Strong command of CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools, especially Power BI. Knowledge in Fabric and managing Data Warehouses is an asset.
Experience in setting up automated campaigns and donor and supporter journeys.
Strong command of French, English, and German. Luxembourgish is an asset.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, attention to detail, and a solutions‐oriented mindset.
Proactive and self‐motivated, with the ability to take ownership, identify priorities, and drive projects forward.
Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
