We are looking for an HR Intern to join our growing Latin American team and support our HR operations across Brazil, Chile, and Mexico. This is a great opportunity for someone who is eager to learn, organized, and interested in building a career in Human Resources within a multinational consulting environment. You will work closely with the HR Manager, gaining hands‑on exposure to regional and global HR processes.

How You Will Create An Impact
* Assisting with hiring, transfers, and onboarding activities across LATAM.
* Maintaining employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
* Supporting vacation tracking, leaves of absence, and offboarding documentation.
* Assisting with performance evaluation cycles and training follow‑ups.
* Supporting payroll and benefits administration processes.
* Helping prepare HR reports, dashboards, and presentations.
* Supporting HR initiatives related to employee engagement and internal communications.
* Assisting with SAP data accuracy and HR systems support.
* Supporting the structuring and implementation of regional HR processes.
* Supporting recruitment processes (interview scheduling, candidate follow‑ups).
Your Profile
* Undergraduate student in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields. Expected Graduation July 2028.
* Fluent or advanced English (mandatory)
* Portuguese required; Spanish is a strong plus
* Strong interest in Human Resources and people‑related topics
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
* Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks
* Discretion when handling confidential information
* Proactive mindset, good communication skills, and willingness to learn
