Job Title: Asset Portfolio Manager - Logistics and Industrial Projects
About the Role:
As a seasoned asset manager, you will oversee the commercial, financial, technical, and administrative aspects of our logistics and semi-industrial portfolio in the Limburg area. Your expertise will be crucial in supervising lease negotiations, analyzing financial metrics, and maintaining relationships with tenants and brokers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise lease (re)negotiation and financial performance of the portfolio, ensuring optimal cash flow, rentability, and occupancy rates
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, fostering strong relationships and resolving any issues that may arise
- Collaborate with property coordinators to ensure the smooth operation of buildings, overseeing both administrative and technical aspects
- Maintain client relationships, promoting open communication and overall satisfaction
- Identify potential investment opportunities, working closely with the investment/transaction team to facilitate deal procedures
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in real estate, property management, or finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Native fluency in Dutch, with proficiency in French and English
- Strong analytical and commercial skills, with a deep understanding of logistics and semi-industrial buildings
