What You’ll Be Doing Lead and participate in user needs analysis to deeply understand users and their environments Determine, plan, and execute research methods (interviews, surveys, focus groups, user tests) to gather actionable insights Recruit participants for research activities and synthesize findings into clear requirements Design and iterate on low- and high-fidelity interfaces, with a mobile-first approach Collaborate closely with analysts and developers to ensure user interfaces meet both user and business requirements Champion accessibility by ensuring all graphic designs comply with WCAG 2.1 standards Maintain and update the Design System to ensure consistency and scalability Communicate proactively and regularly with clients and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle What We’re Looking For Proven experience as a UX Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating impactful, user-centered design Ownership mindset — you take initiative, drive outcomes, and thrive on solving complex problems Ability to translate research into actionable design solutions Collaborative spirit with excellent communication skills Commitment to accessibility and inclusive design Experience working in agile, fast-paced environments Technical Skills Axure (confirmed proficiency) Conceptboard (confirmed proficiency) Figma (confirmed proficiency) Mentimeter (confirmed proficiency) WCAG 2.1 (confirmed proficiency) Language Proficiency Bilingual: French and Dutch (required) Other Requirements Partial remote work available Applications without a portfolio will be automatically rejected Ready to build the future?
