The story so far

We started in September with one bet: short-form creators, posting daily about a travel app, can drive real installs at scale.


Eight months later: 100M+ organic views, #1 travel app in all three countries, and in Romania we hit #1 app overall on the App Store in Romania.


We've built the playbook, the tooling, and the creator network from zero. We know what works.


Now we're launching in Spain. The goal in year one: 100-150M views/month in Spain alone. Bigger than what we've built across our three current markets combined.


We're looking for one person to own it.


What this role actually is

You'll be the first creator manager on the ground for the Spanish market. Day-to-day, that means:


* Recruiting creators: finding, qualifying, and closing 30-50+ short-form creators across Spain
* Onboarding them: Discord setup, account creation, brief delivery, first videos approved
* Managing the network: daily content review, enforcing the brief, sharing wins, pushing referrals
* Spotting winners: when a video or format hits, you multiply it across the roster within hours
* Making your own recruitment content: carousels and reaction videos that bring in new creator leads organically


You'll have a direct line to the person who built and scales the creator program, and a playbook that's been battle-tested in three markets. You're not figuring this out from scratch. You're running the play in a new country.



Who we're looking for

Years of experience and job titles don't matter to us. We care about what you've built, what you can show, and what you can do. A 19-year-old who's grown a TikTok to 50M monthly views beats a 'Senior Marketing Manager' with 10 years on a CV and nothing to show for it.


The strongest candidates fit one of two profiles:


The ex-creator turned operator. You've grown your own short-form audience. You know what makes a hook work because you've made hooks that did. You're done being the talent — now you want to scale a network of people doing what you did. Numbers excite you more than likes.


The content strategist with management experience. You've run a content team, an agency, or a creator program before. You know how to brief, how to hold a quality bar, how to push without micromanaging. You want to apply that craft to a model that's already proven at scale.


Either way, the fundamentals:

* You watch a lot of TikTok. You know what hooks work, what dies in the first 3 seconds, and which creators are about to break out before they do.
* Native Spanish. Castellano. All creator communication, all content, all of it.
* You can edit. CapCut basics minimum. You'll be making example videos to set the bar for your roster.
* You're hands-on. You'll be in Discord daily, reviewing clips, replying to creators, hustling. This is not a manager-at-a-distance role.
* You want to build something. This is a launch role. The first 6 months will be intense. Be honest with yourself about whether that excites you.


If you don't fit either profile cleanly but the role still feels like yours — apply anyway. But if you are one of those two, say so in your Loom.


How you operate (this matters more than your CV)

Three things we care about more than any skill on a resume:


Speed. We ship before perfect. If you're spending 3 days planning what could be tested in 3 hours — wrong instinct. Our creators post 2-3 times a day. We move at their speed, not at corporate speed. Implementation beats deliberation, every time.


Full ownership. When something goes wrong, your first question is "what could I have done differently?" — not "whose fault is this?" Creators flake. Formats die. Campaigns flop. The people who win here look inward first — that's how they keep getting better. People who blame the market, the team, or the creators don't last with us.


Honesty, even when it's uncomfortable. You tell us when something's underperforming. You tell us when a creator you championed is actually flopping. You don't soften reports to look better. We'd rather get bad news fast than good news that turns out to be wrong.


Output over hours. Hours at the job don't matter. Don't apply if you want a traditional 9-to-5 where you clock in, clock out, and that's the job. This is a results role. Some weeks are intense, some are calm, you manage your own time.


If those four don't sound like you — this role won't work, no matter how good the rest of your fit looks.

* Real career path. As we scale across more markets, this role becomes Head of Creator Program. You'd own the function, hire managers in new markets, and shape how we operate at the next stage. We'd rather promote from inside than hire outside.
