Your role & responsibilities
As a Senior FP&A Business Partner, you play a key role in supporting decision-making and driving financial performance across the organization.
Your main responsibilities include:
Preparing and analyzing monthly financial results, including variances versus budget and forecast.
Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles in collaboration with business and department leaders.
Providing financial insights, KPIs, and dashboards to support strategic and operational decisions.
Improving reporting tools and processes using Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems .
Acting as a trusted business partner for Sales, Operations, and Corporate Finance.
Delivering ad hoc analyses and business cases to support growth and investment projects.
Profile
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (or equivalent experience).
At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, or Business Finance.
Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Experience with ERP systems (D365, SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced Excel / Power BI skills.
Fluent in English, with a strong command of French and Dutch .
Analytical, proactive, and collaborative, with a strong business mindset.
