We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our team and support the transition to a Product Centric organization. This role involves close collaboration between business and digital teams to ensure the successful implementation of the transformation program and the definition of the new operating model.
Responsibilities:
* Together with the Program Manager, you will be responsible for deliverables related to the new operating model.
* You will support the rollout of the product-centric organization within the digital teams.
* You will assist the Programme Manager in defining and tracking the detailed schedule of program activities.
* You will be a key member of the Product Centricity Team, driving key discussions and shaping the future operating model.
* You will engage with stakeholders to define, document, and implement new processes for the product-centric organization and monitor how these processes evolve.
Profile and Skills:
* A Master's degree in a technical, scientific, or economic discipline.
* Familiarity with software development and application delivery.
* More than 4 years of relevant professional experience in organizational change.
* Experience in business process modeling and business information modeling.
* Experience in setting up a product-oriented organization.
* Experience with Agile Scrum methodology is a plus.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
