The Role
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Application Administrator to join a dynamic team working on a high-impact banking project. This role offers the opportunity to develop expertise in transaction management systems and gain specialized training in industry-standard tools, while contributing to the security and reliability of critical financial infrastructure.
Responsibilities
Administer, monitor, and optimize banking applications and core financial systems, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support banking applications and core financial systems.
Participate in configuration and management of Oracle Databases in a production environment.
Receive training and support in integrating and managing SafeWatch, an industry-standard anti-money laundering (AML) screening platform.
Learn and support transaction processing and message handling via SWIFT systems.
Assist in implementing and maintaining cybersecurity best practices in line with banking standards.
Provide support in the analysis and resolution of incidents and service requests related to infrastructure and transaction systems.
Requirements
2–3 years of professional experience in application or system administration.
Solid understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle DB.
Familiarity or keen interest in cybersecurity and anti-money laundering (AML) processes.
Willingness to learn and grow within the financial technology sector.
Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
Preferred Qualifications
Prior exposure to AML systems or financial institutions.
Experience working with SWIFT infrastructure or financial transaction systems.
