Mission: As International Head of Brand Management you will define and execute the marketing and brand strategy for the group’s portfolio and partner brands across Benelux, ensuring strong brand positioning, increased visibility and superior performance across all distribution channels.
You will play a critical role in bridging global brand vision with local execution, working in close collaboration with Marketing, Sales and Operations to drive growth and enhance consumer experience. This role is designed for an experienced marketing leader with a strong strategic mindset, analytical capability and the ability to unite and inspire teams in a fast‑paced and evolving business context.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Brand Leadership & Portfolio Management
o Develop and execute brand plans based on consumer insights, market data and business objectives.
o Define brand positioning, communication strategy and key activation levers (trade & consumer).
o Lead marketing budget planning and ensure optimal resource allocation to maximise ROI.
o Work closely with international brand owners and internal stakeholders to ensure consistent brand expression and alignment with global guidelines.
* Operational Deployment & Marketing Activation
o Coordinate the roll‑out of campaigns and activations across all distribution channels (on‑trade, off‑trade, e‑commerce, key accounts).
o Create sales support tools, promotional materials and digital content for commercial teams and distributors.
o Define and drive the digital strategy, aligned with brand objectives and local market dynamics.
o Ensure operational excellence by aligning marketing initiatives with commercial priorities and execution capabilities.
* Performance Management & Reporting
o Track and analyse key marketing KPIs (brand awareness, ROI, campaign performance, market share).
o Assess the impact of actions and recommend adjustments to improve effectiveness.
o Deliver regular performance reports and strategic recommendations to local leadership and global stakeholders.
* Team Management & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
o Lead, coach and develop the Marketing Assistant, enhancing autonomy and skill development.
o Foster strong cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Operations.
o Embed a culture of continuous improvement, best practice sharing and innovation.
Profil
* Education
o Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, Management or equivalent experience.
* Languages
o Fluent French, Dutch and English (essential for effective Benelux market coverage and international stakeholder management).
* Experience
o Minimum five years of experience in Marketing or Trade Marketing, ideally in FMCG and/or specialised distribution.
o Proven track record in brand strategy development and deployment.
o Strong experience in team leadership, with the ability to motivate and lead transformation.
o Strong knowledge of or strong affinity with the wine and/or premium beverage sector (mandatory).
o Demonstrated ability to challenge the status quo and implement innovative, data‑driven approaches.
o Open‑minded, collaborative and hands‑on attitude; thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
