Operating across multiple markets, we combine local insights with global standards to deliver meaningful growth and long-term value.Job DescriptionThe Head of Marketing will oversee strategy and execution across two key European markets. This role is responsible for setting the marketing direction, managing brand portfolios, and driving innovation in both countries.He will:Define and execute long-term marketing strategies for both marketsEstablish brand priorities, identify key business drivers, and optimize return on investment across the portfolioIdentify market opportunities and implement impactful brand strategiesDesign a future-focused, multi-channel innovation roadmapOversee budget responsibility for the marketing functionTranslate strategic objectives into actionable marketing initiatives (advertising, media, and promotional activities)Partner with commercial teams to design and execute go-to-market plansDevelop and manage annual marketing budgetsLeverage consumer and market insightsLead and inspire marketing teams across both countriesSupport team development through mentorship, training, and career progression planningManage team performanceCollaborate closely with the regional marketing leaderBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholdersRepresent the marketing function within the local leadership team (be part of the SteerCo)The Successful ApplicantMaster in Business Engineering or EconomicsAt least 10 years in senior marketing roles within the FMCGAbility to build, manage, and inspire cross-market teamsStrong analytical and strategic planning skills;Solid understanding of business and financial driversIn-depth familiarity with the Belgian and Dutch marketStrong capabilities in communications, media planning, creative development, and campaign execution.Experience thriving in matrixedFluent in Dutch, French and EnglishWhat's on OfferAttractive salary package including extra legal advantagesContribute to products that are part of people's daily lives and moments of joyFast-paced environment with opportunities to lead projects and make an impact earlyExposure to both local and international business operationsStrong company values focused on sustainability, social responsibility, and ethical sourcing
